What Your Life in 65 Minutes Is About
One Sunday three young friends read the death notice of a schoolmate with whom they long ago lost touch. They go to the morgue and realise they were mistaken: the person being buried is not him. The confusion and chance that begin there weave a story about friendship, love and death. The film follows the day from beginning to end and watches the three of them say, on this occasion, the things they have not said to one another for years. The account has no interest in solving the matter; it looks at what gets talked about in the opening a false report has made. Javier Pereira and Oriol Vila appear in Maria Ripoll’s hundred minute Spanish film, completed in 2006.
