The documentary is about George H. W. Bush. Bush was the forty first president of the United States. The film takes him personally rather than politically. He sits in front of the camera himself. He tells his life in his own words. His youth, the war years and family life come into it. His wife Barbara Bush is in the film. Archive footage is used. Other names appear in that footage. Bill Clinton is one of them. Lyndon B. Johnson is in the archive too. The film was made for HBO. It is put together as a portrait. Political argument is not brought forward. Laura Bush also appears in the hundred and twenty minute film, an American production Jeffrey Roth finished in 2012.
