What 9/11: Press for Truth Is About
Out of the thousands who lost people on the eleventh of September, a small group of families emerged demanding answers. In the documentary six of them tell for the first time how they stood up to the powers in Washington and succeeded in forcing an investigation. They then watch the commission that was set up leave most of their questions unanswered. The film puts the families’ demand and what they went through at its centre; the account stands openly with them and does not hide it. Which of the questions raised were met is the film’s own assessment. Ray Nowosielski’s eighty five minute American documentary was completed in 2006.
