What Always Be My Maybe Is About

Jake and Tintin, both left by the people they were with, meet at a resort and, as they talk, see how much they have in common. Neither is ready for a new attachment, so they try to carry on what is between them without giving it a name. But how long such an arrangement can hold is unclear, and the two do not want the same thing. The film comes from the romantic comedy vein of Filipino cinema and, while using the classic moulds, does not tie its ending to an easy place. The account says how long recovering takes and that nobody can hurry it. Arci Munoz and Gerald Anderson appear in Dan Villegas’s hundred and twelve minute Filipino film, completed in 2016.
