Alyosha's Love

In summer a team of geologists is working on the steppe. Among them is a young man called Alyosha. Before entering college he decided to work in the field. In everyday matters he is clumsy and disorganised. That makes him the target of his workmates’ jokes. The jokes are not always harmless. In the middle of the steppe there is a small halt. A young woman named Zinka works there. She is a switchwoman and lives with her grandfather. Alyosha falls for her. What he feels is shy and unmixed. He does not tire of going back and forth to the halt. His persistence catches the attention of the men in the team. Their opinion of him begins to change. Leonid Bykov and Aleksandra Zavyalova appear in the eighty three minute film, a Soviet production Semyon Tumanov and Georgi Shchukin finished in 1960.
