Best Intentions

Alex is a man in his mid thirties. He has an anxious and tense nature. His mother has a stroke and is taken to hospital. Her son’s routine comes apart at once. He settles in at the hospital and keeps watch. He runs into strange people in the corridors. Everyone gives him advice. The doctors say one thing, the relatives another. Alex tries to do all of it at once. Meanwhile he starts suspecting his own health. He magnifies the smallest symptom. His mother, for her part, seems perfectly well. The man makes one mistake after another. Everything he does he does with good intentions. Bogdan Dumitrache and Natașa Raab appear in the one hundred five minute film, a Romanian production Adrian Sitaru finished in 2011.
