Daniel

A documentary assembled from footage Daniel Northcott shot over years. As a young man he travelled the world with a camera and recorded everywhere he went. Among the recordings is a cave he entered in Mexico. Northcott fell ill young and died; the documentary takes the connection drawn between those two things into the narrative without verifying the claim. The material was gathered and assembled after his death. The footage is amateur and personal, and the narrative rests on Northcott's own voice. Who it's for: viewers of personal archive documentary and travel footage. Who it's not for: viewers expecting an objective account; the film is entirely one person's view.
