Disturbia

D.J. Caruso's 2007 film follows Kale, a high-schooler under house arrest. To pass the time he watches his neighbours. He comes to suspect one of them. The film moves the structure of a classic thriller into a teen picture; the narrative builds its tension on the absence of evidence and brings its final section into the house. Shia LaBeouf leads.
