DJ Q.bert's Wave Twisters

The film is animated. It is cut to the music from beginning to end. The music is DJ Q-Bert’s album of the same name. The story is about the four branches of hip hop. Those are break dancing, graffiti, MCing and DJing. In the film they are close to dying out. A power is holding them down. At its head is a lord called Ook. His men are known as the Chinheads. A small crew gathers on the other side. It includes a dental commander called Dr. Julio Azul, along with a secretary, a robot and a grandfather. They carry an old object called the Wave Twister, a turntable the size of a wristwatch, and they take it to the far end of inner space for the last confrontation. Syd Garon and Eric Henry made the forty six minute film, an American production finished in 2001.
