Documenteur

Documenteur, directed by Agnès Varda and shot in Los Angeles simultaneously with her documentary Mur Murs about the city's murals, is a semi-autobiographical French film about a young Frenchwoman, separated from her husband, trying to build a new life in Los Angeles with her young son. The son is played by Varda's own son, Mathieu Demy.
