Kadhal Desam

There are two rival colleges in the city. The students are forever going at each other. Two young men study at these schools. One is the son of a well off family. The other comes from a poor home. An incident brings the two face to face. After it they become friends. The bond between them grows stronger. A new girl arrives at the college. Both of them are taken with her. Neither knows where the other stands. They do not realise they love the same person. Friendship and love come up against each other. The film moves along with its songs. Humour is inside the telling as well. Abbas and Vineeth Radhakrishnan appear in the one hundred fifty eight minute film, an Indian production Kathir finished in 1996.
