Kill

A commando travelling on the same train as his fiancee's family runs into a large group of robbers who take the carriages at night. The train does not stop. The film spends almost all of itself in narrow corridors and compartments, and makes that confinement its instrument of tension, because there is nowhere to go. An event midway changes the hero's register entirely and the film becomes a revenge narrative. Nikhil Nagesh Bhat wrote and directed. The fights were staged on a real train set. A real warning: it is considered among the bloodiest films Indian cinema has made and does not soften any of it; wounds from blades are shown at length and in detail. Even if you like action, stay away if your threshold is low.
