Los Reyes

At the centre of the documentary are two street dogs. Chola and Fútbol live in a skatepark. The park is called Los Reyes. The camera follows their days. The dogs play with a ball. There are young people in the park too. Nearly all of them are adolescents. They talk while they skate. Troubles with their families come up. School and the future are discussed. They keep a distance from the adult world. All the same they will have to enter it. Around the dogs there is a small world of things and animals. The camera stays beside them for long stretches. The account stays with the dogs. Two directors made the seventy eight minute documentary. It is a Chilean and German production finished in 2019.
