Made in Argentina

Osvaldo and Mabel are an Argentine couple. They left the country for political reasons. They have lived in America for ten years. At last they return home. The aim is to see family and friends again. Mabel’s brother and his wife are part of those meetings. The reunion revives the old ties. But an offer comes between them. Mabel offers her brother work in New York. Their finances would improve that way. Her brother is drawn to the idea. But his wife is against it. Luis Brandoni and Marta Bianchi take the leads, with Leonor Manso and Patricio Contreras also in the cast, in Juan José Jusid’s Argentine film of 1987.
