Vikranan Ashok's 2025 Tamil film follows three parties chasing a large sum of missing money. A greedy man, a calculating woman and a third with unexpected resources have to watch each other across a single week. The film keeps changing who knows what. Each section undoes the meaning of the last and the characters' real aims open only at the end; the structure is built as a puzzle rather than a crime comedy. Andrea Jeremiah is in the cast and her character carries the film's balance. The cutting is fast, the humour dark and the supporting characters exaggerated in keeping with the genre. The narrative passes over some of its turns too quickly and their justification stays weak. Who it's for: those who like Tamil crime comedy and twisting plots. Who it's not for: viewers looking for character depth; the film focuses on the mechanism.
