My Fault: London

A young woman who moves to London when her mother remarries has to share a house with her new stepbrother. The two are hostile from the start. The film is an English language remake of the Spanish series; the plot is largely the same, with the setting and language changed. The narrative places the forbidden relationship inside the family and keeps the street racing and crime thread in the background. Dani Girdwood and Charlotte Fassler directed, adapting Mercedes Ron's novels, and it was planned as a series. Who it's for: those who like young adult romantic drama. Who it's not for: viewers who have seen the Spanish version; this one does not depart from it much.
