Ninne Pelladatha

Mahalakshmi comes to the city. There she meets Seenu. The two of them fall in love. Seenu’s family approves of the match. They take the girl in as one of their own. But then Mahalakshmi’s parents arrive. Her parents take her away by force. The reason lies in the past of the two families. There is an old enmity between them. That past comes between the couple. The account is built on that separation, and on whether it will hold. The film runs romance and family drama together. Nagarjuna Akkineni and Tabu take the leads, with Lakshmi and Chandramohan also in the cast, in Krishna Vamsi’s Telugu film of 1996.
