The documentary goes inside the world of professional cycling. The camera follows the Danish team CSC. The owner and manager of the team is Bjarne Riis. Riis once won the Tour de France himself. Now he is trying to build a team of his own. His methods differ from the usual training routine. He pushes his riders in body and in mind. The film shows the preparation for the 2004 Tour and the race itself. Ivan Basso and Carlos Sastre are in the squad. The camera goes onto the bus, into the rooms and out to the roadside. The ties and the frictions inside the team become visible. The tension between winning and holding together is laid out. This world is closed off and rarely opens up like this. The account puts the preparation at the centre rather than the race. Bjarne Riis and Ivan Basso take part in the hundred and five minute documentary. It is a Danish production Tómas Gislason finished in 2005.
