Elpida is a woman in middle age. She is married and stays at home. The marriage weighs on her. Her husband is called Costas. His word comes before everything. The two of them speak no more than they have to. At the table there is silence. The days pass the same as one another. After a while the woman begins to imagine things. In what she imagines she takes revenge. The scenes she builds are hard and violent. In her daily life she stays silent. In time the two worlds run into each other. Which of them is real grows uncertain. The account is set inside the house. Stella Fyrogeni and Andreas Vasileiou take the leads, with Popi Avraam also in the cast, in Tonia Mishiali’s Cypriot and Greek coproduction of 2018.
