Professor

Pritam is a young man in urgent need of work. The reason is his mother’s illness. Money is needed for her treatment. He hears of a position. The work is private tutoring. The pupils are the young people in one household. The house has a rule, though. The woman who runs it is an aunt called Sita Devi. She has forbidden the young women to mix with men. Only an old teacher will therefore be accepted. Pritam disguises himself as an old man. He introduces himself as Professor Khanna. Once he takes the post every rule in the house is shaken. Shammi Kapoor and Kalpana Mohan appear in the hundred and sixty seven minute film, an Indian production Lekh Tandon finished in 1962.
