A womaniser talks a young woman into bed and leaves her once he learns she is pregnant. She kills herself alone in her flat, and afterwards becomes a restless presence for everyone living in the building. Yuthlert Sippapak's 2003 film belongs to the Thai ghost tradition but deliberately sets horror beside comedy, playing some scenes for laughs and hardening others. What sits at the centre is how being abandoned and shamed turns into rage. Chermarn Boonyasak carries the whole emotional weight of it. One of the most discussed entries in Thailand's horror wave of the two thousands.
