SuperOutro

The film takes place in the streets of Salvador. At its centre is a man with no home. His mind lives in a world of its own. What he does in the street startles the people around him. Some of it is funny and some of it is hard to watch. There is another place entirely inside his head. That is where he escapes the destitution. He sees himself as a hero. In the end one wish is left to him. He wants to fly over the city. Exactly the way a superhero would. The telling is short and sharp. The film took best film and best director at Gramado in 1989. Bertrand Duarte and Inaldo Santana appear in the forty six minute film, a Brazilian production Edgard Navarro finished in 1989.
