Taandob

A group of masked men storms a television channel. They take the staff in the building hostage. A minister who is there for an interview is among them. He becomes one of the hostages. The security forces move at once. They are looking for whoever is behind the raid. But the man announces himself. He goes on the channel’s live broadcast. On screen he sets out one case after another. The stories he tells belong to ordinary people. All of them were wronged through corruption at high levels. One of them is a young man named Swadhin. After failing to find work he was wrongly detained. The film builds that reckoning as action. Shakib Khan and Jaya Ahsan appear in the hundred and twenty nine minute film, a Bangladeshi and Indian production Raihan Rafi finished in 2025.
