The In-Laws 3

Kuba Michalczuk's 2025 Polish film is the third entry in the series and follows two families meeting again at a christening. The scores left from the previous film are unsettled, and the celebration soon turns into a battle. The series' humour rests on class difference: one side intellectual and urban, the other provincial and devout, each believing in its own superiority. This entry adds a family therapist and much of the comedy runs through her. The cast is strong. Its weakness is repeating the template a third time and jokes becoming predictable. Who it's for: viewers who like Polish comedy and follow the series. Who it's not for: anyone new to the series, or who cannot follow the local cultural references.
