What The Strange Vice of Mrs Wardh Is About

Julie returns to Vienna with her stockbroker husband, to a city where a killer is cutting down women and where her old lover Jean is waiting. Jean's idea of love involved pain, and part of her still answers to it. When her friend's cousin George moves in on her, she is caught between three men and cannot tell which one is breathing down the phone at night. Sergio Martino's giallo is remembered less for its body count than for its music, later borrowed by Tarantino for Kill Bill.
