The documentary takes up the World Health Organization. The person who made it is Lilian Franck. Franck investigates how the organization works. The position the film argues is this: that the body sits under the influence of industry. The tobacco industry is among those. The pharmaceutical and nuclear industries are inside the same claim. Those claims and judgements belong to the film itself. The account runs through the tobacco scandal, swine flu and Fukushima. The film also draws a dark picture of society as it stands. The work has drawn criticism as well. The criticism says some of its statements have no scientific footing. Wolfgang Wodarg and Margaret Chan appear in Lilian Franck’s film, an Austrian, French, German, Japanese and Swiss coproduction of 2018 that runs eighty five minutes.
