What Wasp Is About

Twenty-six minutes, a short film rather than a feature. Zoë lives alone with four children, there is nothing to eat in the flat, and the youngest is still carried. When a man she used to know drives past and asks her out for the evening, she lies and says the children are not hers. Then, unable to find anyone to mind them, she leaves all four outside the pub and goes in. Arnold explains nothing and builds the tension out of the children's hunger.
