What Waterloo Bridge Is About
On the eve of the Second World War, a British officer comes to Waterloo Bridge and remembers the First. Just before leaving for the front he met and fell in love with Myra, a young ballerina. Because of him she is late for rehearsal and thrown out of the company, left alone in London, and then word arrives that Roy has been killed and she has to make her living on the street.
