The film takes aim at Greece in the early eighties through three independent short stories. The first imitates the conventions of the detective novels of the day, the second the heavy, theoretical films of the new Greek cinema, and the third the traditional village and costume pictures. In all three the real target is not the cinema but the grand promise, made at that moment, that everything was about to change. The many parts taken by Harry Klynn form the spine of the film. Each of the three parts was directed by a different filmmaker, and Dimitris Piatas and Joly Garbi also appear. The hundred and sixteen minute Greek film by Yorgos Apostolidis, Yannis Smaragdis and Yiannis Typaldos was completed in 1982.
