What Youth Is About
On his wedding day Shiva gets bad news: Aruna, his cousin and bride to be, has run away. The reason is that she does not want to marry a cook. Shiva takes it lightly and moves to Chennai with the girl’s brother to look for work. One night he saves a woman named Sandya from a few thugs. In gratitude she kisses him. From that moment Shiva begins to feel something for her. As their encounters pile up he starts to hope it is returned. The film runs love and the search for work along the same line. The work is a remake. Vijay and Vivek appear in Vincent Selva’s hundred and sixty minute Indian film, completed in 2002.
