Salma Hayek Pinault

The thirteen Salma Hayek Pinault films in our catalogue spread from 1995 to 2022, and Robert Rodriguez directed two of them, Desperado and From Dusk Till Dawn, a year apart. Both Puss in Boots films have her in the cast: the 2011 one, directed by Chris Miller, and Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, which Joel Crawford shot in 2022, eleven years between them. That second one leads her on votes. At Film Independent's 2018 ceremony she was among the lead female nominees, though that film is not one of the thirteen entries here. Julie Taymor's Frida and Kevin Smith's Dogma are here as well.
