Phanindra Narsetti's 2025 Telugu film follows a young woman training in karate. Shuddhi is disciplined and purposeful; the people who enter her life and the losses she suffers unsettle that order. The film builds a narrative across years. Relationships and decisions changing over eight seasons are followed; the narrative does not hurry its events and places the character's coming to know herself at the centre. The director uses a visually ambitious manner, with composition and music brought forward. The cast is largely new. The narrative slides into poetic language in some sections. Who it's for: those who like quiet Telugu drama and formal experiment. Who it's not for: viewers expecting dense plotting; the film proceeds through feeling and atmosphere.
