The film tells the life of Muttiah Muralitharan. He is a cricketer born in Sri Lanka. He is known as the highest wicket taker in Test cricket. The road there was not easy, though. He grew up in a Tamil family in his own country. Sri Lanka was in civil war in those years. The violence in the streets reached his family too. Cricket became a way out for him. He got into the national side and drew attention. Then the way he delivered the ball became a subject of dispute. He had to live with that allegation for years. The film tells that period and the pressure in it. Madhur Mittal and Mahima Nambiar appear in the hundred and fifty eight minute film, an Indian production M. S. Sripathy finished in 2023.
