Don't Whisper

Vesna is a young girl. She sets off on a skiing holiday. Where she goes is the Slovenian Alps. Her aunt looks after her there. The holiday starts quietly. Then her family meets Vesna’s boyfriend. That meeting sets off alarm in the family. They think the girl may be pregnant. On that thought they set about marrying the two of them. The account is built on that mistaken assumption. The film is put together as a comedy. Mountain and skiing scenes run alongside the account. Metka Gabrijelčič and Franek Trefalt take the leads, with Stane Sever and Elvira Kralj also in the cast, in František Čáp’s Yugoslav film of 1957.
