Poppe also finds the behaviour of some of the guests rather much, and inside the small world of the hotel a day in which everyone gets tangled with everyone else runs on until evening. In Edith Carlmar’s hundred and one minute Norwegian comedy, Leif Juster plays Poppe, with Unni Bernhoft and Frank Robert in the cast. It was completed in 1957 and became one of the most widely seen works by the first woman to direct films in Norway.
