Korengal

Korengal, directed by Sebastian Junger, is a follow-up to the 2010 documentary Restrepo, built from unused footage of the same soldiers' time in Afghanistan's Korengal Valley, offering a perspective centered on the emotional experience of combat rather than the events themselves. Structured in three parts, "Fear," "Killing," and "Love," the film uses the same structure as Junger's book War.
