Mama Got Married

Zina spent her life working on building sites. She raised her son on her own. The son is called Boris. Boris is nearly grown now. Around this time Zina meets Viktor. She feels at ease beside the man. The account runs as a drama. The two of them decide to be together. Viktor’s arrival changes the balance in the house. But Boris cannot get used to it. For years he took his mother to belong to him alone. He does not want to accept the man who has come into the house. The tension in the house grows. Lyusyena Ovchinnikova and Oleg Efremov take the leads, with Nikolay Burlyaev and Larisa Burkova also in the cast, in Vitaliy Melnikov’s Soviet film of 1969.
