Amanda is thirty three years old. Her life runs along in a dull routine. Then that routine suddenly changes. She has to look after her grandmother. The grandmother’s name is Dolores. Dolores is a retired actress living with an addiction to alcohol. She goes on living by holding to her past successes. Until now Amanda has had little of a relationship with her. The two of them are now face to face in the same house. The work of caring changes them both. The film is put together as a drama. Mariana Gajá and Adriana Roel take the leads, with Arturo Beristáin also in the cast, in Natalia Beristáin’s Mexican film of 2012.
