What One Piece: Episode of Chopper Plus: Bloom in the Winter, Miracle Cherry Blossom Is About
Searching for a doctor to treat Nami, the Straw Hat pirates reach the snowbound island of Drum and meet Chopper, a reindeer with a blue nose. The film retells the Drum island arc: how Chopper learned to speak, how nobody counted him as either human or animal, and his bond with Doctor Hiluluk. Junji Shimizu directed. Who it is not for: newcomers, since the film introduces none of the characters.
