What One Piece: Baron Omatsuri and the Secret Island Is About
A pirate crew lands on an island for a holiday and the owner welcomes them with games, while the crew slowly comes apart. Mamoru Hosoda deliberately abandons the cheerful register of the series: the colours drain, the pace drops and the film turns into horror.
