Quick Change

Three people who rob a New York bank dressed as clowns get out clean. The problem is reaching the airport. The film finishes the robbery in the first twenty minutes and gives the rest entirely to not being able to leave the city: closed roads, a bus driver who does not understand, wrong directions, a mob wedding. The narrative uses New York as a personal enemy. Howard Franklin and Bill Murray directed together; it is Murray's only work as a director. Geena Davis and Randy Quaid are in the cast. Who it's for: those who like dry humour and city comedies. Who it's not for: viewers expecting a heist film; the interest here is everything after the heist.
