What Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster Returns Is About
Aditya Pratap Singh has lost his old power; both his body and his marriage are damaged. His wife Madhavi Devi is now a member of the legislature, but everything between them has broken and her relationship with drink has deepened. On one side there is Indarjeet Singh, a prince with nothing left but his pride, sworn to win back his family's standing. On the other there is Ranjana, modern and ambitious, who loves him. The balance is upset when Aditya falls for Ranjana and asks her father for her. Tigmanshu Dhulia's film is the second part of the series and is about what has become of the old landowning families of northern India. The subject is less a love triangle than property, title and revenge. Irrfan Khan, Jimmy Shergill and Mahie Gill are at the centre of the cast.
