Wei and Jie are nineteen. Their temperaments could hardly be less alike. They are still the closest of friends. They are neighbours as well. Both live in the outskirts of Taipei. Their fathers are widowers and their siblings are trouble. Wei works as a parking valet at a nightclub. Then he moves up to debt collecting in Brother Gu’s gang. He talks his boss into hiring Jie alongside him. Things go wrong when a handgun arrives as a reward. Jie was always quick to flare up. With a gun in his hand he becomes dangerous. Collecting from a rival gang, a fight breaks out. Jie shoots the rival boss. The two of them have to run. The story does not end there, and their youth still has tricks to play. Fan Wing and Kao Meng-Chieh appear in the hundred and nine minute film, a Taiwanese and Japanese co-production Chang Tso-chi finished in 2002.
