The Big Fix

The documentary is about an oil spill. It began on the twenty second of April 2010. The rig called Deepwater Horizon went down in the Gulf of Mexico. BP was running it. The spill was the largest in history. Two documentary makers go to the Gulf. What they want is the cause. They do not stop at the accident itself. They look at the arrangement behind it. They talk with people along the coast. Where the responsibility lies is what gets argued over. The film is built as an investigation. Josh Tickell and Rebecca Harrell Tickell made the eighty nine minute documentary, an American production finished in 2011.
