The Human Experience

The documentary follows the journey of two brothers. The brothers are Jeffrey and Clifford Azize. The two of them set out with a question. The question is what it means to be human. The journey falls into three parts. In the first part are the streets of New York. The brothers spend a week living with homeless people. The season is one of the coldest winters on record. In the second part they go to Peru. There they visit a hospital for abandoned children. In the third part comes Ghana. There they go to a settlement where people with leprosy live. They also talk with people living with HIV. The conversations are direct and face to face. Charles Kinnane directed the ninety minute documentary. The American production was finished in 2008.
