Varnyathil Aashanka

Four men are planning a robbery. The target is a jeweller. The place is Thrissur. They pick the day on purpose. A general strike has been called for it. The streets will be empty. All four are small time crooks. Their names are Sivan, Wilson, Pratheesh and Gilbert. The plan looks ready. Then somebody unexpected walks into it. His name is Dayanandan, an unemployed family man who joins the group while drunk. What follows is confusion of every kind, and Dayanandan turns out to be far less simple than he looked, in a heist comedy that is also a piece of political satire. Suraj Venjaramoodu and Kunchacko Boban appear in the hundred and thirty seven minute film, an Indian production Sidharth Bharathan finished in 2017.
