Wake Up Love

Ernesto is a journalist in his forties. His generation went through hard years. Persecution and exile are their story. Ernesto still carries the marks of those years. One day his old friend Ricardo calls. Twenty five years have gone by. Ricardo suggests bringing everyone together. The old group of friends meets again. The way back to each other runs through music. They play the rock songs of their youth again. Ana is one of the group. She is Ricardo’s wife now. She and Ernesto were together once. Years ago he left her and went to Cuba. Juan Leyrado and Dario Grandinetti take the leads, with Soledad Silveyra also in the cast, in Eliseo Subiela’s Argentine film of 1996.
