A Good Family Kid

Identical twin brothers are separated after birth and grow up without knowing about each other. One is raised on the street and becomes a gangster who spreads fear around him; the other grows up with a modest family and works as a bank clerk. They have the same face. When their paths cross one day, everybody starts taking one for the other. Kemal Sunal plays both parts and separates them not with makeup but with bearing: one is frightened all the time and the other is never frightened. Directed by Osman F. Seden, the film follows the moulds of seventies Yeşilçam comedy: mistaken identity, running away and misunderstandings. Ali Şen and Nubar Terziyan are in the cast. Seventy-nine minutes, and one of the Sunal films still repeated often on television.
