The film takes place in a garment factory. Three women work in the same place. Sathya, Janaki and Pappamma come from different lives. The manager of the factory harasses the women. This has been going on for a long time. Complaining leads nowhere. The three women make a plan. They want to make him answer for it. The plan does not go as they hoped. The man ends up in hospital. Another problem is left on their hands. Events get tangled together. The film tells it as a comedy. The solidarity of the women is at the centre. The subject is harassment at work. Revathi and Urvashi appear in the one hundred thirty two minute film, an Indian production Singeetam Srinivasa Rao finished in 1994.
