Muse: Live At Rome Olympic Stadium

Muse played the Olympic Stadium in Rome on 6 July 2013 and the concert was filmed. There were more than sixty thousand people there. The set puts songs from The 2nd Law together with older material: Supermassive Black Hole, Knights of Cydonia, Time Is Running Out, Uprising, Madness. On stage are enormous screens, light towers and a show the band designed themselves. Muse have built their concerts at this scale for years, and this recording is one of the largest examples of it. Matt Askem directs the concert film; ninety-five minutes, with Matthew Bellamy, Dominic Howard and Chris Wolstenholme on stage and Morgan Nicholls with them on keyboards. It was released at the end of 2013 as an album and a video. The tour was the band's European leg that summer.
